Kenra Color Voice Assistant Skill

When stylists are behind the chair and mixing color formulations, it is incredibly messy to look up traditional paper mixing instructions. Also, it is challenging for new stylists, who are just learning our color line, to remember all the color conversion formulations they need. 

Alexa Smart Speakers and Smart Displays provided the perfect hands free device to provide Salon Stylist with all the basic and fundamental information they need to know about Kenra Color. The skill gives users access to competitive conversion information, mixing ratios, process times and foundational information for the most effective formulations.  

Kenra Video Tutorials  

Kenra was able to extend its brand know how and expertise by using Smart Devices to educate and excite Salon stylists with video tutorials. The video tutorial skill Matchbox created provided segmented video tutorials of complex styling techniques, such as Balayage. The skill allows users to follow along, navigating between videos, pausing and resuming via voice and touch input.
