Matchbox created a smart real estate and facilities management platform to connect services and improve navigation for large properties

Built on Azure, Matchbox consolidated APIs to create a mobile application to facilitate tasks frequently used by employees of a large campus. Actions include booking meeting rooms, traveling within and between buildings, and raising tickets for maintenance or network issues. Enhancements such as a dashboard displaying schedules and favorite lunch spots nearby provide a personalized experience for each employee.

Meeting Management

Upon launch of the app, users are greeted by a break down of their upcoming calendar events, including information on time, location and attendees. Users can also book meetings in the various spaces around campus.

Getting Around

Navigating a large campus can be cumbersome, so much of the functionality revolves around way-finding and transportation between office spaces. Users can get directions between buildings or rooms, shown alongside a map for clarity. They can also book shuttles between spaces, requesting additional accessibility accommodation if necessary.
