Matchbox knows what it takes to help users enjoy a voice-based experience, and for brands to deliver a successful voice skill.

It starts with an honest conversation about who you are, whose needs you serve, and why voice could be the way to delivering value and enjoyment for both you and your customers.

Our voice product design team guided Nestlé on their first forays into voice. Matchbox created a voice strategy and Alexa skill concepts for Nescafé and KitKat that:

  • Resulted in a diverting experience for those periods during the day when their brand category is consumed (i.e. morning for Nescafé and mid morning for KitKat) in order to 'own the moment.’
  • Complimented and connected with their existing platforms (social media and web) to allow sharing.
  • Integrated their 'buy now' ecommerce provider to allow voice controlled product replenishment.
  • Rewarded customers with on-pack promotion codes that unlock premium audio content (e.g. music, interviews, books) via their Alexa skill.
