Business Finance Quotation Platform
Challenge
PROFLOAN needed a scalable digital platform that would enable businesses to generate, compare, store and retrieve funding quotes, alongside a funding calculator and the supporting backend systems required to manage customer interactions and quote data. The solution needed to work seamlessly across devices, provide secure user access and deliver operational insights through reporting and analytics.
Our thinking
We recommended developing a cloud-based funding platform that combined customer-facing quote generation with the backend systems required to manage, store and analyse quote data. By creating a single platform rather than a standalone calculator, PROFLOAN would gain greater operational efficiency, improved customer engagement and a scalable foundation for future services.
Execution
Matchbox designed and developed a complete funding quotation platform using a modern React and Node.js technology stack, hosted on AWS infrastructure. The solution included a customer-facing web application that enables businesses to generate, compare and retrieve funding quotes through a responsive and intuitive user interface. Behind the scenes, we developed the supporting backend services required to manage quote creation, storage, retrieval, user management and reporting. We integrated Auth0 to provide secure authentication through email, text message and social account sign-in, and connected the platform to Power BI for business intelligence, analytics and reporting. The AWS-hosted architecture was designed to provide security, scalability and operational resilience as the platform grows.

PROFLOAN gained a scalable funding platform that streamlines quote generation and management while providing customers with a simple and efficient experience. By combining customer-facing tools with robust backend systems and analytics, the platform supports both day-to-day operations and future business growth.
