Challenge

ATI needed to modernise job management across its Insurance Programs as part of a wider digital transformation. Existing processes lacked the structure, intelligence, and scalability required to support efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.

We recommended a pragmatic, AI-enabled approach — combining a hands-on software trial with the definition of a clear ERP blueprint. Alongside this, we identified opportunities where AI could enhance job classification, workflow optimisation, and decision support. This ensured ATI could evaluate systems not just on features, but on their ability to support smarter, more adaptive operations.

We developed a streamlined ERP job-management blueprint, embedding opportunities for AI-powered automation such as: • Intelligent job categorisation and routing • Predictive workflow optimisation • Enhanced reporting and decision support We also defined detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring the future platform could support AI integration and ongoing evolution.
