Challenge
Mobisante needed to rapidly enhance an existing mobile application while working with evolving custom hardware and limited resources. The challenge was to deliver new features quickly without disrupting the existing system, all within tight timelines and budget constraints.

We recommended a highly collaborative and iterative approach, working closely with Mobisante’s team to manage risk, maintain stability, and prioritise delivery. Frequent communication and tight coordination ensured progress stayed aligned with both technical and business goals.
Execution
Matchbox integrated into the existing codebase, delivering new features while supporting ongoing hardware development and testing. We worked in close daily collaboration with Mobisante’s technical lead, supported by regular reporting and team check-ins to ensure transparency and control.
Outcome
Mobisante successfully launched its application in time for clinical trials, achieved FDA clearance, and received strong industry recognition including the GSMA mHealth Innovation Award, alongside positive feedback from demonstrations and events.
